Regulatory and Economic Assessment of Micro-grids:
We assess the current regulatory framework, suggest new arrangements, and evaluate the likely economic performance of micro-grids.

Stability and Distributed Generation
We have examined dynamic stability of distributed generators in power systems, finding that a small load disturbance is capable of causing frequency instability in the primary dynamics of the distributed generators. We have developed a method of regaining system stability.
