Criteria

It's once again time to start the nomination process for our 22nd Annual Staff Recognition Awards. As in years past, we are seeking nominations for our annual Excellence Award, Rookie Award and Team Award.

Excellence Award
The Excellence Award comes with a cash award of $500. In nominating an individual for this award, it is preferable that they possess at least three of the following qualities:

Teamwork      Innovation      Initiative      Flexibility      Dedication

The committee realizes and takes into consideration that some of these qualities may be more relevant than others for a person you wish to nominate depending on the individual’s particular job position.

Team Award
The Team Award may include departmental teams, smaller interdepartmental teams, special project teams or virtual teams. Some criteria to be considered when nominating a group for this award include impact, innovation, expertise, dedication, consistency of performance, quality of output, reliability, customer service orientation and flexibility. The team who wins this award will receive lunch at one of our fine local restaurants ($200 limit).

Rookie Award
The Rookie Award is designed to recognize a staff member who has made a significant impact on our organization in a short period of time. Any staff member who has between 0 - 18 months of service completed by April 2013 is eligible. A list of qualified personnel is attached for your convenience. The winner of this award will receive a cash award of $100.

Deadline
All nominations must be received by Friday, April 19th, 2013.
