2012 WFA Meeting

The 2012 WFA Meeting will be held at the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel on June 18-21, 2012.

Hotel Registration

Dear WFA members, We urge you to stay at the host conference hotel (The Wynn) for two reasons.

1) The WFA guarantees the host hotel that WFA members will purchase a certain number of rooms. If we fall short of that guarantee, then the WFA pays for the rooms anyway.
2) The rate that you are charged pays for your room and also pays in part for conference expenses. So, even though you can sometimes find a room cheaper down the street, by doing so you are free-riding on other WFA members who are paying towards conference expenses.

There are other subtle effects that can occur if you reserve a room and then cancel at the last minute. Rather than attempt to explain them here, we just ask that if you have to cancel, do so as early as possible. And, if you know you want to stay somewhere other than the host hotel, please do not reserve a room at the Wynn in the first place.

Transportation to the Resort

Taxis are available from the airport to the Las Vegas Wynn hotel for about $20.00 (one way).
